Who do you work with?Local businesses across Colac, Geelong and surrounds. Cafes, trades, retail, health and fitness, farms, salons. If you’re proud of what you do and want more locals to know about it, you’re in the right place.
Do I get to approve content before it goes out?Always. Nothing gets posted without your okay.
Do I have to be on camera?Not if you don’t want to be. But your customers want to see the people behind the business, so I’ll make it as easy as possible. Most people are surprised how quickly the nerves go when they’re just doing their job and having a chat.
Do you need my passwords?No. You give me access through the platforms’ own business tools, and you stay in control of your accounts.
Which service is right for me?That’s what the 20-minute call is for. If you’re starting from scratch or you’ve tried before and it didn’t stick, The Groundwork package is usually the best first step. If you’re ready for ongoing support, Monthly Social Media Management is for you! If you’re happy posting yourself but struggle to find things to post, a stand alone Content Day is a great fit.
Can you teach me to do it myself?Yes. I spent years teaching before starting The Social Farm, and I’m happy to show you how to film, write and post along the way. You can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you like.
Am I locked into a long contract?No lock-in contracts. Monthly Management runs month to month with 2 weeks’ notice to cancel. I’d rather keep you because it’s working, not because you’re stuck.
How long until I see results?Honestly, it depends on where you’re starting from. Some things improve quickly, like a profile that actually explains what you do. Building trust and becoming the name people think of first takes consistency over months, not weeks. We’ll set realistic goals together on day one.
What do you report on?The things that matter to your business: enquiries, bookings, messages, profile visits and the content that’s actually bringing people in. Likes are nice, but a million views means nothing if no one walks through your door.
